Ugrin Vuckovic started making short films at 17 years old with The Colour Red (2018, Noir) where he wrote, directed, edited, acted, and was the cinematographer on the film. He then went on to develop his craft in filmmaking by working on, and creating, several short films since, including: Riding the... West (2019, Western) - a tribute to Sergio Leone's Spaghetti Westerns; DIRECTOR, WRITER, EDITOR, D.O.P., ACTOR. Bear With Me (2020, Parody) - a parody of Terry Gilliam's Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas (1998); DIRECTOR, WRITER, EDITOR, D.O.P., ACTOR. Aperitif (2020, Crime); DIRECTOR, WRITER, EDITOR, D.O.P., ACTOR. Lumen (2020, Experimental); DIRECTOR, WRITER, EDITOR, D.O.P., ACTOR. Suvenir (2020, Mystery) - a silent short film remake of Christopher Nolan's Memento (2000); DIRECTOR, WRITER, EDITOR, D.O.P., ACTOR. H.E.A.R.T. (2022, Documentary); EDITOR Gatekeepers (2022, Crime); DIRECTOR, WRITER, EDITOR, D.O.P., ACTOR. Fishbowl (2023, Experimental); DIRECTOR, WRITER, EDITOR, D.O.P., ACTOR. He still works extensively and intensively on projects in order to further develop his craft in the art form of cinema. Next to his filmmaking, he also writes short stories (and poems), one of which is officially published on Rakuten Kobo called The Digression of a Monotonous Melody (2023).
