Richard Hugo

Poet and Seattle WA native, Hugo studied poetry at the University of Washington in the first class taught by legendary poet, Theodore Roethke. Worked as a Technical Writer at the Boeing Company for 13 years and later taught at the University of Montana in Missoula. His first poetry book, A... Run of Jacks, was published in 1961
