Synopsis

Jacques Cournot, an experienced skipper, is hired to arrange the purchase of a boat belonging to an American heiress in the Caribbean. When the boat disappears and corpses wash up on shore alongside evidence of arms trafficking, Cournot realizes he has been framed.
