Synopsis

A mirror-wielding man observes revitalised Punggol, where fresh walkways have been snaked in for man's enjoyment of nature. Interspersed with prophetic city-planning texts, Landscapes in the Year X prods at utopian ideals of the Garden City, and the extent it will go through to be redeveloped.
