Daugavpils - the city of possibilities or disabilities?

In the film Daugavpils, well-known people in society judge what Daugavpils is like and what the city's main challenges are - Russian-speakers, the consequences of Russian media propaganda, loss in the "European Capital of Culture 2027" competition, a municipality that is not always loyal to the state, investments that almost do not enter the city.
